Efficiency 94% Target

Simulation and infrastructure overhaul of a municipal water treatment facility.

Project Overview

Addressing severe throughput inefficiencies in an aging municipal water facility required a fundamental fluid dynamics re-evaluation. The project centered on creating complex hydrodynamic simulations to map pressure losses across the primary distribution nodes.

By integrating modern variable-frequency drive (VFD) pumps and optimizing the penstock angles, we drastically reduced turbulent flow. The subsequent infrastructure overhaul resulted in a 94% operational efficiency rating, securely supplying consistent water pressure to an expanding urban district.
