Foundation design and structural framing for a 45-story eco-friendly commercial tower.

Project Overview

This 45-story commercial tower aims to redefine the local skyline while setting a new benchmark for sustainable high-rise construction. Focusing on the deep foundation design, we implemented mass-bored piling strategies that reduced soil displacement and achieved an immense bearing capacity to support the central core.

The framing utilizes a diagrid exoskeleton alongside an internal reinforced concrete core, allowing for completely column-free interior office spaces. This structural approach not only creates a breathtaking visual aesthetic but ensures extreme rigidness against lateral wind shear forces at high altitudes.
